Note – Communication with Aargauer Kantonalbank

We have received the following information from the manufacturer of the Aargauer Kantonalbank’s banking software:

The OfflineTool is offered the last login method used, which was supplied by the DBAN Auth server.
Unfortunately, the web browser is redirected to the login page of the Airlock IAM and the last login method used is not set.

To save the login method, please follow these instructions:

• Login at https://eb.akb.ch/ebankingLogin/login/ using the desktop web browser and PushTAN
• Open a function in e-Banking – e.g. an account
• Logout

Now the DBAN Auth-Server is initialised and the login also works with the OfflineTool.

The same workaround also applies to BKB and CLER, simply using their login URLs:
